2015 Senate Joint Resolution 15

Summary: Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to establish land-value lease fee imposed on real market value of land with proceeds distributed pro rata to residents of state. Establishes Resident’s Dividend Agency to administer collection of fee and distribution of dividend. Applies to assessment years beginning on or after January 1, 2018. Refers proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.
